Property Awards Social Media Trailer

Social media video is now the single most effective way of getting your post noticed.

So when we were commissioned to produce the headline video for the 2017 Yorkshire Property Awards…we also fashioned a punchy social media trailer for the event and gave that to our client, the Insider Media group.

See the video here.

The top names in the region’s property industry are set to battle it out at the event with the shortlists revealed online recently.

The panel of experienced and well-respected judges from the commercial property sector had a tough task narrowing down the entries to the shortlists, testament to another year of superb schemes and deals across all sectors of the market and in every corner of the region.

Recognising achievements across the spectrum, the event is a must-attend evening in the region’s property industry calendar, with 600 of the Yorkshire property industry’s movers and shakers gathering at last year’s dinner.

This year’s event at the New Dock Hall in Leeds on Thursday, 28 September 2017 will be hosted by TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith and will once again celebrate the fantastic work by developers, agencies, advisers and architects across Yorkshire and the Humber over the past year.

There are two changes to this year’s awards line-up. Last yearInsider introduced the Residential Development of the Year award to reflect the growing number and variety of housing schemes and in recognition of the vital importance of residential accommodation in housing the Northern Powerhouse, this year they have introduced another new category for the sector – Housebuilder of the Year.

The Property Entrepreneur of the Year category – won in previous years by the likes of Jonathan Maud and Kevin McCabe – has also been given a makeover this year and has been widened to become the Property Personality of the Year award. This is to recognise some of the superb work being done in the property sector beyond just business owners and entrepreneurs by employees or those in the public sector.
